If you wish to return one of our wines, whatever the reason,let us know and we will change them:

1. You may return or change your order, provided all of the products are unopened and intact.
2. It is your responsibility to hold onto the wine and take reasonable care of it until we come to collect it.
3. Any products collected by our carrier must be in their original box to avoid further breakages.
4.  Once the wine has been delivered, in accordance with any specified delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient's responsibility.

If for any reason you did not like one of the wine, we can exchange or refund it, provided that you return the leftover of the disliked product when we arrange collection.

In any case delivery charges are not refundable.
