    The admin theme's stylesheet and its one webfont.

    Rendered through PanelsRenderHook::STYLES_AFTER so it lands after
    @filamentStyles and wins the cascade — see the header comment in
    public/css/bbailey-admin.css for why it is a plain stylesheet rather than
    a compiled Filament theme.

    Questrial is the display face behind the B Bailey wordmark, and the only
    thing it is used for; body copy stays on the Inter that Filament serves
    from public/fonts. It is fetched the same way the public site fetches it
    (resources/views/components/layouts/app.blade.php loads it in the same
    family list from the same host), with display=swap and a local Century
    Gothic fallback, so a blocked request costs the lockup its face and
    nothing else.

    The stylesheet's query string is its modification time, so a deployed
    change reaches a browser holding the previous version. filemtime() is
    suppressed and falls back to no query rather than throwing: a panel that
    renders unstyled is recoverable, one that 500s is not.
